Shipping

We ship all our products worldwide using the Royal Mail and their preferred overseas partners.

For UK deliveries we use Royal Mail's '1st Class Signed For' service. This is a tracked  and insured service that will require a signature on delivery. If no-one is at the delivery location at the time of delivery, a card should be left with information on how to rearrange delivery or collect from your local post office sorting depot. If your delivery is left uncollected it is likely that it will be returned to us as undelivered, and an additional fee will be charged by us for redelivery.

For all International shipping we use Royal Mail's International Tracked & Signed. This will also require a signature at the time of delivery. If the delivery cannot be signed for, you should receive information to help you rearrange delivery or collection, however this will depend on the preferred partners policy in your country. Customs Duty and Import Restrictions

You are responsible for abiding by any local laws regarding the importation of products we sell, please check your local import restrictions and laws prior to ordering from us. You are also responsible for any customs and import duty charges that may be applicable in your country.
